Sonezaki Teppan Shokudo Hanatare on the 7th floor of Mint Kobe.
We have developed a series of modern yaki with a new texture!
Kobe Modern is famous for its yakisoba noodles sandwiched in dough, but of course, Hanatare is also very popular for its Kobe Modern Yaki! Hanatare also has a very popular Kobe Modern yaki!
This time, however, we would like to introduce a new type of modern-yaki called ”Shin Modern!
Each yakisoba noodle is seasoned differently and topped with a variety of ingredients!

★ Shin Cheese Mentaiko Modern (Original salted yakisoba noodles! 200g of potatoes tossed with butter and topped with a generous amount of cheese! Plus a dollop of mentaiko mayo sauce!)
Shin Shin, Kujo Negi Modern (topped with a fried egg made with Kujo leeks directly from a contract farmer in Kyoto and handmade homemade bokkake! Bokkake is a Kobe specialty made with beef tendon and konnyaku! (Hana Tare is made from Wagyu beef sinew)
Shin Omelette Modern (Our popular pork yakisoba noodles topped with a fluffy omelette and a half-boiled fried egg! Sauce, mayonnaise, and ketchup are added to the omelet!)
