Yoshiko Ikemura, cello
She graduated from the Kyoto City University of Arts Faculty of Music and the Kyoto City University of Arts Graduate School at the top of her class. She has received numerous awards, including the 5th Sapporo Junior Cello Competition Excellence Prize, the 3rd Prize at the 4th Viva Hall Cello Competition, and the '01 Baroque Saal Prize. Until 2009, he taught younger students as a part-time instructor at the music department of Hyogo Prefectural Nishinomiya High School. Studied under Kenichi Kamizuka, Noboru Uemura, and Mari Fujiwara. She has been a member of "Quadratic Trio," "After hours session," "Ensemble Kobe," etc. She lived in Malaysia for 4 years from 2002, and performed in a concert to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Japan-Malaysia friendship in 2005, In 2006, he joined the pianist Tsuchiya Tomoyuki as a member of the "Ensemble Kobe" and other ensembles. In 2006, he released "The Glamorous Duo" CD with pianist Tomonari Tsuchiya.
Since April 2020, he has been a part-time lecturer at Osaka College of Music.
Tomonari Tsuchiya Piano
She began piano lessons at an early age in Singapore, and at the age of 14 moved to Ireland, where she entered the Royal Irish Academy of Music with a scholarship. At the age of 16, he won the third prize at the Rachmaninoff International Competition. She has performed at the Presidential Palace in Ireland and at various Russian embassies. Second prize at the Kawai International Competition. He holds a master's degree from the Ecole Normale Superieure de Musique in Paris and the Guildhall School of Music in England. Studied with Peter Bitzel, Kulida, Kaplan, Noriko Ogawa, and Roscoe. Formerly a full-time lecturer at the National University of Malaysia, she will relocate to Japan in 2019 and begin performing Brahms' Concerto No. 2 with Ensemble Kobe at Matsukata Hall in October 2020, a solo recital at Takarazuka Vega Hall in January 2021, and another solo recital at the Hyogo Performing Arts Center Small Hall in October 2021. In October, he will give a solo recital at the Hyogo Performing Arts Center Small Hall.
