Tomo Matsubara, tenor

 

Graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts. Completed the graduate course at Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music. Graduated from the graduate school of the University of Music and Performing Arts Munich and the Department of Lieder and Oratorio at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna as a scholarship student of the Rohm Music Foundation and the Nomura Foundation.
He received the 14th Matsukata Hall Music Award, the 3rd Prize and Iwatani Prize (Audience Prize) at the 81st and 83rd Japan Music Competitions, and the 71st Japan Arts Festival New Artist Award.
He has performed recitals and oratorios throughout Europe and Japan, and has appeared at NHK Recital Nova, Ruhr Triennale, Tbilisi Music Festival, Seiji Ozawa Music School, Saitokinen Festival, and PMF Music Festival. She has performed with international conductors such as Seiji Ozawa, Wolf Schirmer, Quasi-Merkl, Ingo Metzmacher, Hartmut Henchen, Kazuki Yamada, and others.
Part-time lecturer at Musashino Academia Musicae, Doshisha Women's College, Soai University, Osaka College of Music, Kyoto City University of Arts, Osaka University of Education, and Osaka Prefectural Yuhigaoka High School Music Department. She is a member of the Tokyo Nikikai.

 

Akiko Kitahata, soprano

 

After graduating from Nishinomiya High School of Music in Hyogo Prefecture, he went on to graduate from Osaka Kyoiku University with a Bachelor of Arts in Music. Studied at the Bergisches Gesangsinstitut in Germany.
Passed the audition for "2003 KACC Concert" at Kobe Arts Council. She won the Encouragement Prize at the 4th Norvie International Music Competition. He was the soloist for "The Ninth" at the "Concert of the Century" at the Shanghai World Exposition, and also soloist for religious and choral pieces such as "Midnight Mass" and "Messiah".
In opera, she appeared as Flora in "La Traviata" in Licata, Italy, as well as in "Nun Angelica", "The Marriage of Figaro", "Madama Butterfly", and "Otello", among others. She is a member of the Kobe Musicians' Association and the Schubert Society of Japan.

 

Satomi Nishi, piano

 

After graduating from Nishinomiya High School of Music, Kyoto City University of Arts, she majored in piano and completed her graduate studies at the same university in 2003. He received the Matsukata Hall Music Award for Encouragement of Selection Committee Members, was sent to study at the University of Arts Bremen in 2001, received the Settsu Music Festival Accompaniment Prize in 2002, and gave a solo recital in Kyoto in 2003. In 2006, she performed Saint-Saens: Piano Concerto No.2 with the Osaka Philharmonic Orchestra. She has been a chorepetitore at the New National Theatre, Biwako Hall, Kansai Nikikai, The College Opera House, etc. In 2010, she signed a contract with the Regensburg Opera House as their resident chorepetitore, and since 2014 she has been a Studienleiterin (Chief of Music Staff). 2018
He has been the resident choreographer and conductor of the Dortmund Opera since August, 2006. He has also conducted the operas "The Magic Flute" and "Madama Butterfly", the operetta "Heaven and Hell", the musical "Evita", and youth concerts, etc. to great acclaim. She has performed Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 3, Choral Fantasy, and Naiman's Piano Concerto as soloist with the Regensburg Opera Orchestra.
