Hello, I am Qualinest on the 5th floor.
We offer repair services for Birkenstock products.
Mint Kobe has dedicated repair staff, and some repair menus can be repaired in the store and returned on the same day.


In-store repair menu

Time: Minimum 30 min.

＜BIRKENSTOCK / Rivet repair.
　880 yen (tax included) / 1 location
Time: Minimum 30 min.

<Leather treatment (shoe polish)
　1,650～2,750 yen including tax

Minimum 20 minutes to same-day service available

Other brands ]
In the absence of our staff, the product will be kept for several days to allow our dedicated repair staff to handle the repair.

<BENEXY / custom backstrap installation
　5,500 yen (including tax)
Time: Minimum 1 hour

In-store repairs will be kept for a few days if the dedicated staff is not available.
