Trumpet Duo NEO
A trumpet ensemble unit of trumpet players Naoko Kumagai and Yuhoi Hamada.
Formed in November 2014 after graduating from Osaka College of Music and Osaka College of Music Junior College, respectively.
The trumpet is not the only instrument they play, but they also add other instruments such as piano, bass, and percussion depending on the time and place of the performance.
The group is also active in performing at events, visiting schools and facilities, and giving independent performances.
We have also started distributing videos on social networking sites and other media since 2020.

Naoko Kumagai, trumpet
Started playing the trumpet at the age of 10.
Graduated from Osaka College of Music Junior College of Wind Instruments Course.
Completed the Junior College Course at the same university.
He has studied trumpet under Kenji Takemori, chamber music under Jiro Morishita, and jazz theory under Masako Hamamura.
Attended master classes with Hans Peter Schuh.
Currently, he performs and teaches as a trumpet player in various places.
Instructor of the trumpet department at Shimamura Gakki.
Each member of the "Candy Jazz Orchestra."
Yuhoi Hamada, trumpet
Graduated from the Department of Instrumental Music, Osaka College of Music.
Completed the music major course at the same university.
Received the Jury Prize at the 29th Azalea Recommended Newcomer Concert.
Studied trumpet under Haruhito Yoshida, Takayuki Matsuda, and Junko Chaya, and chamber music under Jiro Morishita and Hirohito Kimura.
Currently, while working as a freelance player, he also teaches private lessons and coaches younger players, including wind ensembles.
Music Academy Yagi trumpet instructor, Yamaha Music Foundation certified instructor.
He is a member of the Osaka College of Music.
Piano: Mayumi Imai
He studied piano and electronic organ from an early age.
She has won prizes in various Yamaha Music School competitions and has performed in many concerts and events.
Graduated at the top of his class from the Electronic Organ Course at the Junior College of Osaka College of Music.
Performed in the graduation concert.
The following year, he graduated from the Osaka College of Music Junior College of Music, majoring in music, and held his second solo concert of his own planning.
After working as an instructor at Yamaha Music School System, he is currently teaching, arranging, and performing music mainly in the Kansai area.
Iori Kajiyama, bass
As a freelance bassist who uses both electric bass and double bass, he supports jazz and pop artists and performs in orchestras, brass bands, musical pits, and any other genre.
Studied contrabass under Toshitake Hayashi.
She has performed with Mao Daichi, Junko Yagami, Davy Sukarno, Junko Makiyama, Ikuko Kawai, Crystal Kay, shiho (ex-fried pride), Shinji Takeda, (titles omitted in no particular order), and others.
Drums: Satoshi Mitsumoto
Graduated from Osaka College of Music, Department of Instrumental Music, Percussion Major.
Performed in the graduation concert of the same university.
He has been an extra in orchestras and brass bands, as well as a percussion instructor and band trainer at numerous schools.
Currently a member of the percussion performance "Leverage," band trainer for the brass band of Kyoto University of Foreign Studies, drum instructor at "Kobe Sound of Music," and assistant professor at Osaka International University Junior College.
