1. wipe with a damp cloth. Polyester is a stain-resistant material to begin with, so it can be cleaned by wiping. If you want to sterilize it, you can remove viruses, odor-causing bacteria, and mites by applying a steamer.

2. turn the item inside out, fold it gently, and place it in a laundry net. If possible, a laundry net that will not spill microplastics during washing is best. Placing the item in the laundry net ensures that the garment is washed evenly and prevents it from losing its shape.

3. wash the garment with a delicate wash setting. A detergent without petroleum-derived surfactants is recommended. When washing is finished, switch the machine to dehydration mode to remove as much water as possible.

4. hang to dry. Outdoors with good ventilation is best, but indoors is also fine.
