This year, we’ve prepared three types of shaved ice made with carefully selected ingredients.
Fluffy shaved ice made from high-purity ice with raw water from the Central Alps in Shinshu.
We use "pure ice," a high-purity ice made by pumping natural water from 250 meters underground and slowly freezing it over a 48-hour period while removing impurities.
Take a moment to relax with a cup of our original blend, "Konana Tea," and enjoy our carefully crafted shaved ice.
