当店では、ビルケンシュトック製品の金具(バックル・リベット)を店頭にて修理し、お返ししております。

The metal fittings have rusted away.
The metal fittings came off when I was wearing them.

After wearing them for a long time, you may be surprised to find that the metal fittings are warped or even coming off. They may even come off while you are out and about! It can happen.... Please check the metal fittings of your shoes and sandals!

Rivet replacement ￥880 (tax incl.) / 1 location

Depending on the size and shape of the part, it may not be available at the store,
Repair will be carried out at the repair workshop. (Please keep the product for about one month.)
