We have decided to stop accepting repair orders for BIRKENSTOCK products as follows

BENEXY Web Repair Application Site: Applications completed by 18:00, September 19, 2025 (Fri.)


*The last day for accepting repair orders may be moved up depending on the status of repair orders and the availability of repair parts.
Customers who are considering repair are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.

All sole replacement: ¥7,700 ~ tax included
Foot bed replacement: ¥12,100 ~ tax included
Buckle replacement: ³,100 - tax included
Rivet replacement: ¥880 incl. tax

Time to repair: about 3 months
