Meets ART at Manhattan Portage KOBE -MAMEKO MAEDA

A collaboration bag with popular illustrator Tameko Maeda is now available as a Manhattan Portage KOBE exclusive product!
The bags will be sold in limited quantities in collaboration with Tameko Maeda, whose character is characterized by her plump and plump figure, and who is expanding her activities by creating murals for the Kansai Expo and visuals for commercial magazines, as well as holding solo exhibitions in Japan and abroad.
All hand-painted, one-of-a-kind. It will be a special bag with the artist's feelings.
The one-of-a-kind limited edition bag will be available from Saturday, 2025/9/6.

Mamiko Maeda will also be at the store on 9/6 (Sat) and 9/7 (Sun)!

Maeda Mameko
Born in Tokyo in 1993. Graduated from Musashino Art University.
In 2020, he began working as an illustrator and artist.
The theme of the work is "absolute love for oneself, free from the gaze of others," and it depicts a world centered on the plump body image.
His work includes visuals for commercial facilities, TV commercials, and murals for the Osaka/Kansai Expo, and he is expanding his activities internationally with a solo exhibition in Korea.
