We will hold the popular "Miso Soup Fair" again this year as a proposal of seasonal food experiences.

For this project, Kyoto miso was used for all miso soups.
This bowl of miso soup is the result of many prototypes of four different miso blends - red, white, koji, and medium red - to harmonize with the deliciousness of the ingredients. Please enjoy our special miso soup, which changes weekly during the period.
