Urushi Sculpture : Chiaki Yamada

This spring, Mint Kobe will exhibit works by Chiaki Yamada, who creates sculptures mainly in lacquer using living creatures as motifs, mainly from her "Twins" series, which expresses the trust between people and creatures, and the theme of the existence of connections that transcend species and language.
