Fluffy shaved ice made from high-purity ice with raw water from the Central Alps in Shinshu.
We use "pure ice," a high-purity ice made by pumping natural water from 250 meters underground and slowly freezing it over a 48-hour period while removing impurities.
There are three varieties: "Cheese Cream Hojicha Shaved Ice," "Cheese Cream Matcha Shaved Ice," and "Cheese Cream Strawberry Shaved Ice."
