We have been notified that “BlastMail” (operated by LuxLight Cloud Co., Ltd.), the external service we currently use to distribute email newsletters to Mint Point Card members, has detected suspicious activity and has suspended the service to ensure security and conduct an investigation.

As a result, we have stopped distributing this email newsletter.

In addition, while we had temporarily suspended new Mint Point Card membership registrations to prioritize safety, we have now resumed accepting new registrations, so please feel free to sign up.

 

We will provide updates on the detailed situation and future outlook on the official Mint Kobe website and other channels as soon as they become available.

Please note that customer information from companies that have direct contracts with LuxLight Cloud has been illegally obtained; however, our company does not have a direct contract with them, and as of now, no information regarding Mint Point Card members has been compromised.
